When it asks to register with a new key, use the key found in the "serie.txt" on the CD. You should be able to load up the Techstream link that was installed on your desktop. After installation I went into the C:\Program Files (x86)\Toyota Diagnostics\Techstream\bin folder and replaced the "MainMenu.exe" file with the one found on the CD.
